BROWNIE BALLS

These no-bake balls are a perfect little snack for an energy boost. Full of healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, protein, and more - helping with brain power, cardiovascular health, bone health, and immune system.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c raw walnuts

  • 10 pitted Medjool dates

  • 1/4 c pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 c raw cacao

  • 1 T chia seeds

  • 1 T hemp seeds

  • 1/4 c raw sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 t vanilla

  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 t pink salt

  • raw sliced almonds (optional to coat)

  • flax seeds (optional to coat)

  • additional hemp and chia seeds (to coat)


Directions

Add 1/3 cup of the walnuts to a food processor til finely chopped. Option to add the sliced almonds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and/or chia seeds. Set aside.

Add the remaining ingredients up to and including the salt. Blend til combined.

Roll into golf-sized balls. Coat in the nuts and seeds mixture. Store in the fridge for a few days.
