FAQs
Where do I start?
Before choosing a package, review the Bristol Stool Chart. Next, you’ll need to select one of the four packages offered. You will then fill out the intake form that pops up. Once I’ve received your intake form and the package you’ve selected, I will call to set up your initial session.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Once you’ve selected a package and I have received your completed intake form, I will call you to set up your appointment. On the contact page, there is a form to fill out if you are unsure of which package to select. Please let me know what you need help with and I will answer any questions.
What if I’m not local?
If you’re unable to travel, we can do sessions via Zoom, Facetime, or over the phone. We just won’t be able to do the pH testing or chakra balancing. I would still require photos of your face, tongue, nails, and/or eye. You can find examples of what I need and an iris photo tutorial on the Services Offered page.
HOW CAN I GET DISCOUNTS ON QUALITY SUPPLEMENTS?
I offer a 10% discount to all of my clients. You can order these and ship them directly to your house.
How long will I need to follow your recommendations?
Please commit to a few months and we will reassess everything. My suggestions will help to improve your overall lifestyle and would be beneficial to continue long-term. These are the foundations that your body needs for optimal health and body functions.
How soon do I need to schedule my next appointment?
Changes can take time, so we would schedule a follow-up in 1-3 months to see if any adjustments need to be made. The first follow-up session is included with your package.
What if I don’t notice any improvements before my follow-up appointment?
Contact me and we can discuss things. You may not see changes on the outside but a lot could be happening internally. It’s helpful to keep a food journal so that we can pinpoint any foods that may be limiting your progress.
What is Emotion Code?
By using MRT, we can identify trapped emotions in the body. These emotions can be released using a non-invasive simple technique that involves running a magnet along your spine.
