WFPB DONUT

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this delicious donut made from PLANTS!
Bonus is that it’s gluten-free.

Plant-based, WFPB, Gluten-free


Ingredients

  • 1 c gluten-free flour

  • 2/3 c coconut sugar

  • 1 t baking powder (aluminum-free)

  • 1/2 t ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 t pink salt

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • 2/3 c nut milk

  • 1 T unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 t vanilla

    Chocolate Icing:

  • 1/2 c dairy-free chocolate chips

  • 1/2 c crushed pistachios

  • sprinkle of flaky salt


Directions

Mix the first 9 ingredients and divide into a silicone donut pan (makes 6).
Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. Let cool and add the chocolate drizzle and toppings.
