SPIRULINA OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c organic old-fashioned oats

  • 1/4 c unsweetened dairy-free yogurt

  • 1 T pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 t vanilla

  • 1/8 t organic blue spirulina powder

  • 1/3 c unsweetened almond milk

  • pinch of pink salt

  • 1 c of your favorite berries (I used raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)

  • 1 T dairy-free dark chocolate chips

  • 1 T raw sliced almonds

  • 1/2 T organic hemp seeds


DIRECTIONS

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a mason jar and stir until well combined.

Top with the berries, chocolate chips, almonds, and hemp seeds, and refrigerate overnight.
