PROTEIN BROWNIES
These brownies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and made from plants! They can help balance your blood sugar and leave you feeling satisfied instead of hungry for more.
Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy Free, Plant-Based, WFPB
Ingredients
3 small bananas (about 1-1/2 c)
3/4 c raw almond butter
1/2 c raw cacao
3/4 c make-your-own protein powder (see previous recipe)
1 t vanilla
2 T pure maple syrup
1/2 t Himalayan pink salt
raw walnuts and goji berries (optional toppings)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend til smooth.
Line an 8x8-inch dish with parchment paper. Spread evenly into the dish and option to top with nuts, seeds, and/or dried fruit. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Cut into 9 bars and store in the fridge for 5-6 days.
