Ingredients

  • 1 c raw honey

  • 2 t vanilla

  • 1 t ginger root, minced

  • 2 t turmeric powder

  • Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir to blend.

Store in the cupboard and use when needed. Take a tablespoon when feeling under the weather.
